Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Who we are
Broker Stack is a working name for a brokerage-platform service operated from Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website and our demo-booking form. It does not cover client brokerage websites we operate under separate agreements — those carry their own privacy policies, and on those sites the brokerage is the organization responsible for its leads' information.
What we collect on this site
- Demo requests: your name, brokerage, market, team size and email address, when you submit the demo form.
- Basic technical logs: standard web-server logs (pages requested, approximate location from IP address, browser type) used to keep the site running and secure.
This test site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
Demo-request information is used for one purpose: to respond to your request and discuss the Broker Stack platform with you, by email or phone. Submitting the form is your consent to that contact under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL); you can withdraw it at any time with a reply or an email to us, and we will stop.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
- We do not add demo requests to a general mailing list or newsletter.
- We do not use information from this site for advertising profiling.
Who else processes it
We use service providers to run the site and our email (cloud hosting and email delivery). They process information only to provide those services to us. Some providers store data on servers outside Canada; where that is the case, the information is subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept only as long as needed to follow up — normally no longer than 12 months if no business relationship results — and then deleted.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact our privacy officer (the operator) at [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will post the updated version here with a new date before it takes effect.
